Good afternoon, I a writing to update the community on recent engagement efforts regarding personal safety in Wallington . We have received reports of pickpockets watching vulnerable individuals, particularly the elderly, while they use cash machine on Woodcote Road. In response, I have been out in the area speaking directly with members of the public to raise awareness and ensure they are taking steps to protect themselves from potentials robbery. Thieves often wait for an opportune moment to target those who have just withdrawn cash.
